Company Profile

The company Schandl was founded in February, 1946. As Germany was being rebuilt after WW II, Schandl became a specialist for pipeline construction. In the following decades, the company continued to specialize in this field. That allowed Schandl to enter additional markets, and the company became a modern service-oriented corporation.

We are primarily involved in the following fields

• Planning and building gas and water pipelines for all pressures nominal widths and materials
• planning and building industrial pipelines
• high-pressure spot drilling to PN 100
• stopper work on high-pressure pipelines to DN 300 MOP 40 bar
• ditchless pipeline construction using alternative laying techniques
• refurbishing gas and water lines
• inspecting and maintaining gas pipe networks
• cathodic corrosion protection
• electronic search for leaks in gas supply plants and lines
• planning, building and setting up gas, pressure regulation and measurement systems
• acquisition of measured values in measurement and control stations
